1. Find people who are going to develop what you want regardless of your participation
2. Fund them

Why would you waste your money if they are already going to do it anyway? That sounds dumb.

Because contrary to your beliefs, your money is worthless. Your money doesn't have a passion. They do.

And if you truly want what you want, the more you keep them focused on their passion the closer you'll bring it to reality.
